N.B.: Though we are open to working with other brokers in making sure deals are closed successfully, we will not accept internet circulated Documents and offers where we cannot determine seller is genuine, and where we deem fit, we would like free flow of communications with the decision making parties at both end, while brokers commissions are duly protected.
